Veneklasen Engineering Solutions (VES) was established in 2008, with a primary aim to assist to assist the industry by providing the solutions for combat equipment in the area of Shock, Vibration & Noise by undertaking onboard measurements and computational simulations. VES is a professionally managed company run by highly qualified and experienced personnel from the relevant fields. We have also been conducting training modules with a view to impart relevant knowledge in the above areas to our customers.

Dr. Mahabir Atwal is a highly accomplished acoustics, noise, and vibration engineer who has consulted on over 2,000 projects worldwide and published over 25 technical papers. As an architectural acoustician, he has played a role in the design of major projects in the United States and throughout the world including airports and rail stations; civic centers and government buildings including courthouses; hotels, resorts and residential properties; educational facilities from child care centers, to K-12 campuses, to university buildings; public safety and detention centers; hospitals and research laboratories; industrial and manufacturing plants, and office buildings.
Prasant Gopal
Principal
Prasant Gopal is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology from which he received his master’s degree in Applied Mathematics. He also earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad, with a concentration in Signal Processing. Prasant has undertaken wide range of tasks in the field of acoustics. He has rich experience both in acoustic predictions and measurements. Prasant’s strengths as a consultant include underwater acoustics, design of acoustically silent machines, design analysis, undertaking simulation studies using finite elements and statistical energy studies, measurements, calculations, analysis, as well as extensive use of the Brüel & Kjær software suite.

Their knowledge of building science and professional standards is the result of decades of experience in the design of thousands of buildings worldwide. We believe that acoustics is a science, and that we are dealing with a quantitative subject where in results should be predictable and subject to formulation. Much of acoustics can also be considered an art form, requiring skill and training. From these characteristics come insight and intuition, which can only be derived from experience.
